Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the RevuBase website and services operated by RevuBase ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.

1. Use of the Platform

RevuBase provides a platform for businesses to collect, analyze, and manage customer feedback and online reviews. You may only use the platform for lawful business purposes.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

In addition, RevuBase plans to integrate with partner Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Mews, Cloudbeds, and RMS to provide read-only access to reservation, billing, and commission data, subject to hotel authorization and PMS approval.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client of RevuBase, you agree to:

• Only collect customer data with appropriate consent
• Not misuse or manipulate collected reviews
• Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Not use the platform for fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Authorize Revubase to access PMS data only for hotels where you have proper rights and consent
• Ensure that PMS credentials and API access are used in compliance with the PMS provider’s guidelines

3. User Content and License

You (or your customers) may submit content such as reviews, ratings, or comments (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Data Processing

We may process data submitted by you or your customers for the purposes of providing analytics, insights, and reporting. As a client, you are the Data Controller for your customers’ data, and RevuBase acts as the Data Processor under GDPR and similar laws.

For PMS integrations, RevuBase acts as a Data Processor accessing read-only PMS data via official APIs, only after explicit hotel authorization. You remain the Data Controller for your hotel data, and we comply with all applicable privacy laws and PMS partner requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and branding on the platform are the property of RevuBase or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or data loss.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to provide accurate billing information
• Fees are due in advance and non-refundable (unless otherwise stated)
• We may suspend or terminate your account for failed payments or violations

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform and all data may be deleted.

You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevuBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in connection with the use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.

For PMS integrations, RevuBase is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in data provided through official PMS APIs. We process PMS data according to best practices and official API guidelines, but cannot guarantee third-party data accuracy.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevuBase and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via email or the platform. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
